Lots and lots of weddings....
Jon proposed to Jamie while they were at Cathedral Cove
off of the Coromandel peninsula on the North Island of New Zealand on January 15, 2014. Jon managed to setup the camera and surprise Jamie.
Can't you tell by the look on her face? Way to go Jon!
The wedding will be next May.
Patrick Barry proposed to Amber Waddell, my daughter,
on July 22, 2014 while they were in Amelia Island.
He was filming it with his Go Pro and it messed up and he didn't get the proposal.
However, we do have this photo!
We are still working on a venue but it looks like the wedding will next June.

Shane McAdams and Kellee Firth were married in Athens on June 7, 2014.

School & Work News...
Congrats to Kerry Jordan and Tony Allen for being accepted to Mercer Law School. They officially started classes August 25th. They now have moved from Athens to Macon.
Ashley Griffin is in her 2nd year of surgical residency and is still in Jackson, Mississippi. Coach Griffin is now the Head Basketball Coach at FPD.
Neil & Tara's oldest grand daughter, Maggie Morris, has transferred to UGA and is a Junior. We love having our UGA students at the tailgates!

Lee and Amanda now have a grandchild at UGA. Jimmy Hernandez is a Freshman at UGA and will be joining our tailgate this year. He is the son of Lee's daughter, Lisa. I would like to add that the Lee had his 75th Birthday this Summer. Wish him a late Happy Birthday!
Amber Waddell graduated from Georgia Southern last December with a Degree in Early Childhood. She is now a 4th Grade Teacher at Midway Elementary in Milledgeville. She also got to go Haiti this Summer on a mission trip with LOVE for Haiti. She was able to visit several orphanages and teach children who did not speak English. Needless to say, Amber has had a big 6 months!

Payton Waddell, my baby, is now in high school at Baldwin High School. I have to brag on her because she made the Drum Line as a Freshman and she's the only girl. She plays Bass 2. Yes.... that big drum.

Allyson Morgan finished her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction this past May.... Congrats, Allyson! Allyson & Parker also bought their first in home in Savannah, Georgia.

Jay and Robin had 2 new grand children this year! Cole Porter Hughes born January 19, 2014 and Baylor Campbell Knight born March 11, 2014.
