Recipe Section
Amanda made an amazing Blue Cheese Deviled Egg.  It was very popular.  Here's the recipe if anyone want to make it for Thanksgiving

12 minute eggs
Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan. Add water to a depth of 3 inches, just covering the eggs, and bring the water to a boil.
When the water boils, cover the pan, and remove from the heat. Let eggs stand for 12 minutes.
Drain them and return them to the pan. fill it with cold water and cover with ice. Let the eggs sit for a few minutes to cool. Crack eggs and slice in half lengthwise.

Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 slices prosciutto - chopped
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
6 large hard boiled eggs, peeled
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 tsp. ground white pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
In small skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the prosciutto and garlic. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove and set aside to cool.
Halve eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks carefully and place in bowl. Stir in yogurt, blue cheese, mustard, pepper, and prosciutto mixture until well combined.
Fill eggs white halves evenly.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
NOTE: If using a dozen eggs, double the recipe.
Enjoy!

When we were walking our normal path to game
we found this was in our way! It was okay
because we scaled some walls and still made
it to Sanford Stadium.
